1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajieok ("bajieok", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the bajieok platform at bajieok.net, including any subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and associated services. By accessing bajieok.net, creating a bajieok account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1.2 Amendments

bajieok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the bajieok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the English-language version shall take precedence in all cases.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

bajieok is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. Access to bajieok.net by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain so throughout the duration of your use of the platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bajieok is designed for and marketed to players resident in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bajieok makes no representation that the services offered on bajieok.net are legal or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain a bajieok account:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of bajieok or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or self-exclusion condition that would make your participation on the platform inappropriate.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling services.
• You have not previously had a bajieok account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Responsibility for Age Verification at Household Level

If you share a device or internet connection with other household members, it is your personal responsibility to ensure that minors in your household cannot access your bajieok account. bajieok recommends that players log out of their account after each session and use password-protection features on their devices. bajieok is not liable for any access by minors resulting from a player's failure to secure their device or account credentials.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered bajieok account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, device, bKash account, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bajieok reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any winnings generated using duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bajieok account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, current residential address, mobile number, and the mobile financial service (MFS) account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

bajieok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit documentation to verify your identity. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — the primary accepted document for Bangladeshi players.
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport (biographical data page).
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (if issued with photo and date of birth).

bajieok may request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify account information. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bajieok support may result in withdrawal requests being held and, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajieok account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes generated for your account. bajieok strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP. You must notify bajieok support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bajieok is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.5 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information current and accurate. If your mobile number, email address, or MFS account details change, you must update your bajieok profile promptly. Withdrawals cannot be processed to MFS accounts not registered against your bajieok profile.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajieok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available for deposit).

All transactions on bajieok are denominated in BDT. bajieok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied by bajieok.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions, though bajieok reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your bajieok account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant MFS gateway.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the MFS account registered on your bajieok profile. The registered MFS account must be in your own name — bajieok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is within minutes for MFS methods during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your KYC identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any wagering requirements attached to active or recently claimed bonuses must be fully met.
• Your account must not be under investigation for any suspected breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance (i.e., real-money balance excluding any locked bonus funds).

4.5 Transaction Fees

bajieok does not charge a platform fee on standard MFS deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges. bajieok is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

bajieok offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bajieok account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount associated with the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus — any unmet requirements result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.

5.3 Eligible Games for Wagering Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Typical contribution rates are as follows (exact rates vary by promotion — always check the specific promotion terms):

• Slots — typically 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered.
• Instant games (Mines Gold, Fortune Gems) — typically 100% contribution.
• Sports betting — contribution rate as specified per promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bajieok monitors bonus activity across all accounts. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, voiding of associated winnings, and account suspension:

• Using a bonus in a manner that constitutes low-risk arbitrage wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., simultaneously placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance).
• Coordinating with other players to share or abuse promotional offers.

5.5 bajieok's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bajieok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the associated bonus, bajieok will honour the bonus under the terms that were current at the time of claiming, provided the player is not in breach of these Terms or the relevant promotion's specific conditions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bajieok platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. bajieok is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on bajieok are updated in real time. bajieok reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time — including during in-play events — where circumstances require it (for example, during a suspected match interruption or where the integrity of a market is in question). Bets already confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the event itself is voided.

6.3 Voided Bets

bajieok reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted at an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical error or data feed fault.
• The underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned without a result.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including through the use of prohibited automation or collusion.
• The integrity of the underlying event is found to be compromised.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's available balance in full.

6.4 Slot and Instant Game Rules

All slot and instant game outcomes on bajieok are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is determined by the game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and is disclosed in the game's information panel. bajieok does not modify RTP settings beyond the ranges published by the relevant studio. 6.5 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajieok and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or incorrectly quoted odds for guaranteed profit.

6.6 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show titles) are operated by independent third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the studio provider's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bajieok is not responsible for any interruption to a live casino session caused by the studio provider's systems or the player's internet connection.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 bajieok's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

bajieok reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player has breached these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any logged activity.
• bajieok is required to do so by applicable legal obligation.

7.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your bajieok account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, bajieok will process any eligible pending withdrawal of your real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

bajieok provides a self-exclusion tool accessible from your account settings panel. Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily suspend your own bajieok account for a period ranging from seven (7) days to permanent closure. Once self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. bajieok will not process any reactivation requests received during an active self-exclusion period. 7.4 Effect of Account Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is closed while active bets remain unsettled, those bets will be settled according to the relevant market rules once the underlying events conclude. If the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms, any winnings generated by unsettled bets at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bajieok aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to bajieok.net at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond bajieok's reasonable control. bajieok is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

bajieok takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, scores, statistics, and other data displayed on the platform are accurate and up to date. However, bajieok does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any third-party data feeds used on the platform. Decisions to place bets based on information displayed on bajieok are made at the player's own risk.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajieok's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

bajieok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use bajieok.net, however caused and whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

8.5 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

bajieok provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gambling activity. However, it is the player's ultimate responsibility to use the platform responsibly. bajieok is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of a player's gambling activity beyond the provision of the tools described in these Terms and the Responsible Gaming page.
